During the visit of the national directors of technology and innovation to the Mahva multimedia complex, the importance of cultural and educational investment for children and teenagers, the development of the animation and game market, and the training of specialized human resources in this field was emphasized.
According to the public relations report of Mahva Entertainment Industries;A group of managers and officials from the field of technology, innovation and creative industries of the country visited Mahva multimedia complex and visited different parts of this complex and examined its capacities in the field of digital content production, animation, game making and specialized production services.
In this visit, Asghar Nurullahzadeh, the head of the Presidential Innovation and Prosperity Fund, Mohammad Nabi Shahiki, the Deputy Minister of Technology and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Behnam Talebi, the head of the Science and Technology Park of Sharif University of Technology, and Ehsan Azimirad, the spokesperson of the Education, Research and Technology Commission of the Islamic Council were present.
At the beginning of this meeting, Mehdi Jafari Jozani, CEO of Mahva, presented a report on the performance, capacities and development path of this complex. Then the guests visited different parts of Mahva, including motion capture studio, Anil's sound and dubbing studio, Roshana blackbox, Fitres render farm, shared offices, Avin theater and other technical and production infrastructures of the complex.
As a specialized and multimedia complex, Mahva operates in the fields of animation, game production, sound recording, motion capture, post-production, rendering and other services related to digital content production. With more than 2000 square meters of specialized space and integrated infrastructure, this complex has the capacity to provide services and host teams and projects active in the ecosystem of creative industries.
In this visit, Asghar Nurullahzadeh, while appreciating the efforts made in Mahva, pointed out the importance of employing cultural forces and activists in the field of animation and games in the country. He considered focusing on the generation of children and teenagers as a strategic necessity and emphasized that the future of the country is shaped in the hands of this generation.
Pointing to the necessity of cultural and educational planning for children and teenagers, he said: If it is possible to make a proper training for this generation, its effects and results will be clearly visible in the future of the country. He appreciated the efforts of groups like Mahva to develop appropriate content and create a field of activity for creative and expert forces.
Mohammad Nabi Shahiki, Vice President of Technology and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, also said in this meeting that the field of children and adolescents has a significant market and at the same time needs more attention and investment. He called one of the main challenges of this field the lack of specialized human resources and emphasized the necessity of training the workforce, identifying new talents and connecting them with the production network.
Referring to the legal and structural capacities in the Ministry of Science, Shahiki said: Innovation centers, growth centers, campuses and science and technology parks are among the structures that each have specific criteria and characteristics. It is necessary to check in which of these structures this group can define its legal identity according to the infrastructures and capacities of Mahva in order to provide the ground for joint cooperation and development of activities.
He also announced the readiness of the Ministry of Science to identify a network of related talents across the country and increase the input of capable forces to Mahva's specialized fields, and added that this approach can provide the basis for the development and empowerment of creative industries centered on Mahva.
Further, Ehsan Azimirad, the spokesman of the Education, Research and Technology Commission of the Islamic Council, referring to the existing infrastructure in Mahva, considered this complex capable of becoming a campus of creative industries. He emphasized the necessity of reviewing some standards and regulations related to creative industries and moving towards facilitation for the development of this sector.
In this visit, Behnam Talebi, the head of Science and Technology Park of Sharif University of Technology, also evaluated the cooperation capacity between Mahva and Science and Technology Park of Sharif University of Technology as significant. He suggested that with the participation of two collections, a collaboration and synergy of branding will be formed, which can make the path of activity and attraction of talents in the fields of software, programming and related technologies smoother towards creative industries and content production.
Pointing to the development of communication routes between Sharif University of Technology and the innovation ecosystem through the science and technology park, Talebi considered the geographical proximity of the two complexes to be an operational advantage and announced the readiness of Sharif University of Technology Science and Technology Park to cooperate with Mahva in the path of growth and development.
